The Life Choices Baby Bottle Campaign starts – May 9, 2021, on Mother's Day & then you can return the baby bottles on June 20, 2021, on Father's Day (If this timeframe does not work for your church, we can be flexible with the dates.)Just pick up bottles from your church and return on the end date: It's that easy!

If your church does not participate, talk to your pastor and see if your church would like to help Life Choices. If your church does want to participate, contact the Life Choices Pregnancy Support Center in your community. The addresses and phone numbers for all of our locations are on our main page. We will be happy to provide free baby bottles and posters for your congregation.

Fill the bottles with coins, checks, or cash then return to your church.

Children and teens love to help with this event!
